About the Role:

Stenta is seeking a

Finance & Accounts Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager to manage the full set of accounts, as well as oversee key costing activities related to materials and vendor management. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and strong support for our ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate monthly stocktaking activities and maintain effective inventory control. Execute monthly costing procedures across departments and related business entities. Conduct inventory valuation and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting. Liaise with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and the company secretary. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for audit and tax purposes. Assist superiors with financial forecasting, regulatory submissions, and special projects. Manage the full set of accounts for assigned business entities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of

2-3 years of experience

in material costing or cost accounting. Prior experience handling full sets of accounts is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy. Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills and a collaborative working attitude. Familiarity with the

manufacturing industry

environment is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
