About the Job

The role involves managing the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, processing payments and invoices, performing bank and inter-company reconciliations, assisting with audits, managing payroll and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and preparing and submitting government tax filings.

Manage the full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger). Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets and income statements. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Process payments, invoices, and expense claims in a timely manner. Perform bank and inter-company reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors. Handle payroll processing and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS). Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Prepare and submit relevant government tax filings.

Skills and Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in a full set of accounts management (AP, AR, GL). Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). Familiarity with financial reporting, tax filings, and audit processes. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
