Requirements

• Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in a similar finance or administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word). Experience with Autocount accounting software is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Financial Support: Assist with accounts payable (processing supplier invoices, supplier payments and issuance of self-billed e-invoice) and accounts receivable (issuing invoices, e-invoice and official receipts).
• Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, organize and schedule meetings, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• General Support: Provide administrative support to the management team and assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
