About the Role:



The Finance Admin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Finance Department. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of payments and receipts, and proper documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in daily finance operations including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Prepare, process, and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and claims. Perform data entry into accounting systems and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions. Track outstanding payments and follow up on collections when required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records (physical and digital). Handle petty cash management and monthly reconciliation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on finance-related matters. Support preparation of monthly reports, summaries, and schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations. Assist during audits by preparing documents and supporting schedules. Perform other ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered). Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, Xero - an advantage). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
