Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Finance, HR, or related fields.
- Basic Malay, English, and Mandarin.
- Able to travel outstation to Singapore when needed.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented.
- Handle daily administrative tasks: filing, documentation, emails, data entry.
- Manage invoicing, payment tracking, petty cash, expenses, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare HR documents: offer letters, attendance, leave records, staff database.
- Assist in payroll preparation and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
- Coordinate office operations, suppliers, and procurement of office/project materials.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and proper filing.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS included.
- Annual leave & medical leave.
- Medical claim.
- Parking provided
- Annual Performance Appraisal
