Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative tasks: filing, documentation, emails, data entry.
  • Manage invoicing, payment tracking, petty cash, expenses, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Prepare HR documents: offer letters, attendance, leave records, staff database.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Coordinate office operations, suppliers, and procurement of office/project materials.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and proper filing.
