Job Description
Responsibilities:

Sales Transactions & Invoicing
Process customer invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and services. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and down payments. Monitor financing or loan approvals from banks. Ensure proper documentation for credit arrangements.

Accounts Receivable & Payable
Manage collections from customers. Ensure timely payments to suppliers. Reconcile payments with vehicle delivery and registration.

Petty Cash & Bank Reconciliation
Monitor daily cash collections (showroom, service center). Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and e-wallet payments.

Inventory & Costing
Monitor vehicle and spare parts inventory in the system. Support costing analysis (e.g., margin on vehicle sales, service jobs).

Monthly & Annual Financial Reports
Assist in generating dealership P&L reports, sales summaries, and other financial documents. Prepare data for audits or compliance reporting.

Utilities and Claims
Track all monthly utility bills and ensure timely payments. Verify bill amounts vs usage (flag unusually high usage). Record and file invoices in the accounting system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
