OBJECTIVE:

To ensure smooth and efficient operations by managing the key pillars of the company: Finance, and Administration. The FA Department focuses on the accountings and maintaining administrative processes that support business growth and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance

Assist to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist to manage accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and cash flow. Assist to oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Assist to prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Admin

Ensure the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks and processes. Oversee document management, including filing, record-keeping, and compliance. Support direct leader in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. FRESH GRADUATES are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Soft Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Result-oriented. Self-motivated. Able to work independently. Own laptop
