Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English is required.

Financial Administration



Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers Process accounts payable & receivable Track expenses and maintain proper filing of financial documents Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time Assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry Support month-end closing activities Reconcile bank statements and petty cash Liaise with external accountants or auditors when needed

REQUIREMENT



Minimum Diploma / Degree or any other related fields in accounting or finance
2 years experience in Finance & Admin
Knowledge in SQL, SST & E invoicing
