Financial Administration
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Process accounts payable & receivable
Track expenses and maintain proper filing of financial documents
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time
Assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry
Support month-end closing activities
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Liaise with external accountants or auditors when needed
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma / Degree or any other related fields in accounting or finance
2 years experience in Finance & Admin
Knowledge in SQL, SST & E invoicing
