:
Finance & Accounting
? Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, bookkeeping, and documentation.
? Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash claims.
? Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
? Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
? Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, statements, and budgeting.
? Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents when necessary.
? Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and business information.
Administrative Support
? Assist in office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
? Manage and record staff expense claims, reimbursements, and purchasing documents.
? Support HR functions related to payroll preparation and attendance records.
? Ensure all financial and administrative files are properly organized and updated.
? Coordinate with project and procurement teams to verify project-related expenses and supplier payments.
Criteria:
? Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
? Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in finance or admin-related roles.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
? Good understanding of basic accounting principles and documentation flow.
? Excellent organizational and communication skills.
? High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
? Able to work independently and as part of a team.
