1. Monitor and compile Petrol receipts
2. Petrol card & Touch n Go card monitoring-application new card, credit limit and faulty card.
3. Staff claim on Petron/Touch n Go - due to Card Faulty - only for driver.
4. Monitoring and managing fuel costs, efficiency and usage across the fleet
5. Managing inspection at puspakom, renew roadtax & renew insurance.
6. Responsible for all administrative duties including daily general office function, managing filling including e-storage system, handling incoming calls, faxes, emails & issue invoicing;
7. Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain organized filing for smooth data retrieving;
8. Assist in documentation process flow charts and generating daily / weekly / monthly reports on Operation procedures;
9. Upkeep and maintain operation facilities and equipment; Replenishment of operation forms;
10. Other accountabilities mainly involve assisting in the operation and administrative support, general office functions
11. Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by Management by time to time;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
