We are seeking a highly organised Finance Admin to manage grant applications, banking documentation, insurance matters, bank guarantees, LC and tender financial paperwork. This role is critical in supporting senior management and ensuring all financial documentation is timely, accurate and well-controlled.
Responsibilities
Prepare SME Bank, SME Corp and other government grant applications
Handle bank guarantee (BG), LC and banking facility documentation
Track insurance renewals and assist with claims
Prepare financial attachments for tender submissions
Maintain accurate document filing (softcopy & hardcopy)
Liaise with bankers, grant officers and insurance agents
Prepare weekly status report for CFO
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in finance/admin
Strong documentation & follow-up discipline
Good communication with banks & government agencies
Organised, detail-oriented, deadline driven
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
