Assist the Finance department with administrative tasks related to payroll, claims, data entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with Customer Invoicing and collections, and Supplier registrations and payments.
Assist Finance Manager with various data reporting and tracking. Support the monthly and yearly closing of accounts, including reconciliations and preparation of necessary schedules.
Assist in coordinating with internal and external parties for the preparation of the yearly final audited accounts.
Maintain proper filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Undertake any other ad-hoc du es as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Administrative Responsibilies:
Oversee general office management and upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment.
Manage pantry supplies, office stationery, and other consumables, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office maintenance, utilities, and equipment servicing.
Support coordination of company events, meetings, and staff ac vi es when required.
Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
