We are looking for an

Finance & Adminstration Intern

to join our team and learn how to enhance our business operation as we grow organically.

Responsibilities:



Student-own transportation (to Kajang)

Internship Allowance (Monthly) Monday - Friday (8:30AM-5.30PM) General accounting administrative and bookkeeping function. Assist in processing of purchase requisition. Assist in providing support in month end close accounting process and to ensure reporting deadlines are met. To maintain proper filling system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner. Assist in handling daily administration duties. Assist in preparing document for audit, tax and ISMS purpose. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required by head of department. Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis deck for management. Budgeting and forecasting exercise. Ability to adapt and use Cloud-based accounting software and systems

Qualifications



Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office Skills and Accounting or HR systems Organized and possess good time management skills Able to work in a fast-paced working environment Good team player Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months, available immediate is preferred.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
