Finance Administrator Location: Puchong, Selangor Salary: RM2000RM2500 Responsibilities: Main: Support sales team with administrative tasks for efficient operations. Prepare quotations, respond to customer inquiries (email, whatsapp), and assist with paperwork and filing. Receiving and processing purchase orders. Verifying orders, including customers\' personal information and payment details. Compile monthly sales reports and monitor sales efforts. Issue invoices and process payments. Update databases and customer records. Communicate customer feedbacks. Qualifications: Minimum SPM. Minimum 1-year experience in related fields (sales or finance administration) Fluent in Malay and English. Mandarin is not compulsory but preferred.
