Perform monthly accounting posting and ensuring compliance with generally accepted reporting standards for scope assigned.
Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure the balances are reasonably stated.
Drive operational issue resolution, ensure customer and/or client requests or events as they occur are attended to by the team timely.
Support ad-hoc request (e.g. tax audit, year-end audit...etc)
Accounting system superuser (BlackLine Reconciliation tool) support various accounting work in accordance to Company Policies and in accordance to with the US GAAP and local accounting standards.
Responsible for the systems and tools (BlackLine) used in Accounting and Finance organization, coordinating with business partners to address system-related gaps, enhancement, and improvement efforts.
Support various month end and quarter end activities including (but not limited to) international close, Corporate Accounting tasks and reconciliation of balance sheets accounts that using accounting system (BlackLine).
Participate in on-going system/process simplifications and improvement projects related to reconciliation process & automation with BlackLine.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance - Passion to learn, great team work, engage with the business with strong partnership skills - Ability to work independently to help business identify and solve issues - Ability to effectively communicate with people across different levels of the organization.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
