About the role:

The Financial Analyst - OTC Contract Management is a key member of the KL BSO OTC Contract Management team, responsible for driving continuous improvement, supporting customer metrics, and ensuring high-quality contract service delivery for the EMEA region. This role manages all financial aspects of contract management, ensures SLA & business KPIs are met, and supports both pre- and post-contract activities.

What You'll Do:

Receive and review As-Incur contract setup requests to ensure supporting evidence is complete Review contract/project amendment requests for completeness Create contract/project abstracts to evidence revenue recognition and other accounting considerations Transform contract/project abstracts into manual input/setup templates or PeopleSoft upload templates Review and activate contract setup in PeopleSoft, aligned with supporting evidence Manage and monitor query resolution related to Contract Management Check accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information Coordinate input from stakeholders as required Identify proper contract documents and templates Ensure compliance with processes

What You'll need:

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related area Minimum 1 years' experience in a Finance/SSC environment Able to work independently with minimal supervision High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail Proficiency in English Team player with the ability to promote teamwork Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and change Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
