Job Responsibilities A member to the ASIA Finance team, supporting (Rest of Asia Pacific \xe2\x80\x93 all countries in Asia other than India & China) Management team & ASIA FP&A tasks: \xc2\xb7 Conduct, supervise and coordinate financial analysis and reports to help drive the business including growth and financial profitability through qualitative and quantitative analysis. \xc2\xb7 Support the accuracy of Balance sheet -accruals and follow-up on the usage \xc2\xb7 Support financial closing, business analysis & planning within internal controls as per Honeywell standards & policies \xc2\xb7 If the candidate is found suitable, the candidate will be in charge a department as financial analyst after the 6 month extension. Qualification/Skills \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting is a must. Relevant professional accounting qualification \xe2\x80\x93 ACA/ ACCA/CIMA / Major in Accounting is a must. \xc2\xb7 At least 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience \xc2\xb7 Hand on experience SAP FICO and excellent knowledge MS PowerPoint & Excel (formulae, pivots, etc) is a must. \xc2\xb7 Communicator both verbally and written. \xc2\xb7 Able to handle multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, team player and must be an effective \xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, result-oriented and strategic thinker with business partnership mindset. Demonstrates \xc2\xb7 Excellent behavioral skills (Leadership, Communication, Change champion, Team player, Influencer etc.) \xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Additional Information shared by the Manager: 1. Job Duration: Currently its 6 months with possibility to extend another 6 months. Once the candidate completed 12 months duration, there is a possibility to be converted to permanent position. 2. Must have skills: \xc2\xb7 SAP knowledge FICO module, if the candidate has experience in other modules Sales modules is preferred \xc2\xb7 MS Excel proficiency is a must \xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree is a must or a qualified accountant candidate must have or in midst of MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA certification. 3. Nice to have: candidate with experience in a MNC working in a matrix organization in FP&A & Accounting 5. Candidate experience level: 5 years of experience 6. Band: 4 7.
