Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical space, with a regional shared services centre based in Petaling Jaya to support their APAC operations. They are currently looking to hire an experienced P2P talent, specifically to support the areas of travel & expense (T&E), employee claims & expenses reporting. Responsibilities Managing processing and payments of employees\' travel, expenses & claims Administrator of expense reporting system (Concur), managing access and all relative system requests Administrator of Company credit card program, managing access, credit limit, terminated card etc. Reconcile T&E accounts on timely manner and complete accounts analysis as required Handle incoming employees\' queries and support them on general or technical issues regarding T&E Prepare credit card account reconciliations in accordance with internal reconciliation methodology Arrange accruals report for monthly and year-end reporting Review and understand latest T&E policies prior to the commencement of audit Run reports from Concur and carry out audit Sharing improvements areas to affiliates and follow-up for implementation Follow up with affiliate to ensure all identified audit issues are closed Achieve goal and tasks as business needs Requirements Degree in accounting/finance or relevant fields At least 4 years of relevant work experience within P2P functions of T&E/claims/expenses in a multinational, ideally in a shared service environment. Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures. Knowledge and experience with SAP & SAP Concur is advantageous Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to develop good relationships with various levels of personnel.
