Job Description


SUMMARY

Provide business support requirements to all accounts in ASIA, AMEA and AE market. Maintain standardized processes across the board to provide accurate and timely support for business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of client\'s contracts.
  • To request for Customer Purchase Orders (Globally)
  • To request for Customer Purchase Orders (Rental payment in China)
  • To maintain and update billing tracker files
  • To maintain approved Chage Request (ie CR log books)
  • To prepare calculation sheet for Headcount movement
  • To request for Sales Invoices
  • To prepare Journal Voucher for Unbilled Receivables and Amortisation
  • To follow-up long overdue Invoices with respective Country Finance Team
  • To assist in the production of supporting financial information
  • To maintain and update both manual and computer records relating to areas of which CBRE are responsible.
  • Liaise closely with the local country team and SPM, ensuring accurate processing Customer Purchase Orders, invoices, and billing tracker
  • To prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement.
  • To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Support & coordinate dedicated account teams for all CBRE corporate finance matters & processes (Budgeting, forecasting, P&L & balance sheet management)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
