Key advisor and Business Partner to Order Fulfillment Manager and Controller in delivering committed financial goals for (i) Revenue, (ii) Gross Margin and (iii) Inventory DOH 2. Proactively Engage and Partner with OF team to strive for Process Improvement and Finance Operational Excellence. 3. Deliver Business Performance Analysis and Narratives with Focus on Revenue, Cost of sales, MOH, Variances, Inventory, Capital Budget, and Headcount. 4. Support Order Fulfillment (OF) Monthly Financial Forecast and Manage all Month End Related Activities such as Revenue Recognition Booking, Inventory & COS accruals. 5. Support Controller and OF in the 3-year Strategic Planning (SPR), Annual Financial Planning (PLAN), Financial Modeling for NPI, Product Transfer and any Ad-Hoc. 6. Provide Detailed Analysis, Bridging and Dashboard on Business Division\'s Financial Performance Monthly and Quarterly 7. Partner and Engage with Cost Accounting, Controller and OF in the Semi-Annual Standard Setting Cycle. 8. Be a Compliant Guidance and Ensure Business Processes are Adhered to Company\'s policies (AFM), Procedures and US GAAP. 9. Strong Executor and Good Follow-Up on Actionable Assignments Skills and experiences: - Bachelor\'s degree in accounting/Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as well - Effective Communication, Strong Analytical, Good Problem Solving and Presentation Skills - Dynamic, Meticulous, Result-Oriented and Solid Collaboration Skills - Working Knowledge in Oracle & Microsoft Excel, OneStream and MicroStrategy will be an added advantage.
