Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting key financial and controlling activities across Southeast Asia (SEA). This includes managing statutory tax reporting, supporting valuation projects, and conducting financial analyses in collaboration with the designated department.

  • Assist in costing job functions, including cost roll-ups, cost updates, AP simulation, etc.
  • Assist in all matters related to spare parts management, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in year-end stock count activities.
  • Assist in product supply expenses analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide support to product supply stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate SST reporting.
  • Assist in internal and external audit requests.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
