It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to be part of something special. We are currently looking for experienced Finance Analyst to join our Consumer Healthcare at PJ Quill 9 office. As Finance Analyst, will be responsible in participate month-end GL (general ledger) close and reporting of entity\xe2\x80\x99s results. Responsible in the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, review of journal entries and execution of internal control in accordance with GSK Internal Control Framework, perform variances analysis. Other Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Record to Report support and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and resolve general accounting and reporting issues.
• Execution of internal controls in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Framework
• Review of monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation where required. Liaise with respective stakeholders of Balance Sheet Reconciliations, specifically open items
• Ensure compliance to BSC policies, local company legal and statutory requirements
• Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
• Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible, and proactive manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions (e.g. P2P, O2C, Stat & Tax) to ensure successful month-end close.
• Responsible for the financial reporting of the designated legal entities.
  • Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, cost center checks and transaction posting checks. The incumbent has to be knowledgeable on the principal activities of each designated legal entity.
  • BISON confirmation review
  • Review Corporate reporting (BISON) vs Statutory reconciliation
• Provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to analyst members within the team. Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer; sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and best practice thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
• Work with Global Process Owner or Process Improvement Expert\xe2\x80\x99s (PIE\xe2\x80\x99s) to standardize close and control activities Update changes to LSOP\xe2\x80\x99s and/ or work instructions documentation when required. Assist in the preparation of training materials when required.
• Other ad-hoc activities:
  • Support dividend payment process and related cashflow analysis/ projection.
  • Participate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• 4 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience including areas on financial accounting, reporting and statutory filing, master data maintenance, treasury, asset accounting, inter-company transactions, etc.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• SAP experience is must/preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems
• Experience in working in commercial and shared service center in financial accounting or mixture with auditing experiences
