What You'll Do



Drive Operational Excellence

: Oversee daily financial and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes in book keeping, procurement, and office management to support Learning Edge's business objectives.

Manage Financial Health:

Handle end-to-end financial tasks -- from budgeting, invoicing, and payment tracking to monthly reporting -- ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Support Business Performance:

Collaborate with the leadership team to monitor project profitability, manage cost efficiency, and provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

Ensure Compliance and Governance:

Maintain proper documentation, support audits, and ensure all financial and operational practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Enhance Systems and Processes:

Continuously review and improve finance and admin workflows for better productivity, transparency, and scalability.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work closely with the Program, Sales, and Marketing teams to coordinate logistics, vendor management, and project support that enable successful delivery of Learning Edge programs.

Job Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 2 years in finance, accounting, or operations roles (preferably in training, professional services, or consulting industries).

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software

Languages:

Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.

Start Date:

Immediate or within a 1-month notice period.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
