Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare and process invoices, monitor receivables and payables, and ensure timely payment and collection cycles in coordination with the Finance team at HQ. Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules. Monitor, analyze, and allocate company expenses accurately across departments and projects. Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments. Perform and review regular bank reconciliations, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies. Assist in tax-related matters and compliance filings, ensuring all submissions meet local regulatory deadlines. Manage financial transactions across all Aroona branches in Asia, ensuring consistency, compliance, and adherence to corporate financial policies. Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and record management. Manage internal and external communications, including correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring a professional standard at all times. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Maintain and update all administrative records and ensure proper filing and confidentiality of documents. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Supervise administrative operations across all Aroona branches in Asia to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Strong organizational skills with experience in office administration and document management. Basic understanding of QHSSE principles and willingness to learn industry-specific safety standards. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Odoo). Self-motivated, pro-active, committed, and flexible with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to dealing with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to troubleshoot issues and assist in implementing solutions in finance, admin, and QHSSE contexts. Willing to collaborate across departments and support various operational functions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
