Finance And Admin Executive (real Estate/property Background)

About the company:
A Malaysian property investment and development firm focused on managing and enhancing real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties, to achieve sustainable long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Finance -
i. Accounting & Financial Support

  • Help prepare monthly financial reports and accounts.
  • Keep accurate financial records according to company policies.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow plans, and financial forecasts.
ii. Audit & Tax
  • Prepare audit documents and coordinate with auditors.
  • Assist in tax submissions such as SST, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
iii. Finance Operations
  • Prepare invoices and handle payments.
  • Track incoming payments and manage company cash flow.
  • Process staff claims and reimbursements.
  • Ensure all finance activities follow company procedures and regulations.
iv. Liaison & Reporting
  • Communicate with external accountants, tax agents, and banks.
v. Process Improvement
  • Support efforts to enhance financial systems and reporting processes.
Admin -
i. Admin Operations
  • Maintain proper filing and records for admin documents.
  • Handle internal admin or finance-related queries and approvals.
  • Assist with insurance renewals and HR/payroll matters.
ii. Liaison & Coordination
  • Work with vendors and service providers when needed.
  • Help prepare documents such as board resolutions and meeting minutes.
iii. Ad-Hoc Tasks
  • Support other administrative duties, including preparing internal paperwork or other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and/or administration.
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial procedures.
  • Careful, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and people skills.
