Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Admin Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company while also overseeing administrative functions. You will in be in charge of

Finance:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and implement measures to optimize financial resources.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
Administration:
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Oversee HR administration, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, negotiate contracts, and monitor service providers.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

You will be suitable for the this role if you
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in finance and administration, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and budgeting processes.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in managing administrative functions, including office management and procurement.
  • Familiarity with HR administration and basic employment laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
