Job Title: Finance Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
o Issue sales invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
o Raise and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
o Prepare account payable reports and support the planning of vendor payments.
o Prepare payment plans for office fixed expenses, utilities, and employee claims.
o Follow up on shipments and ensure proper documentation is recorded.
o Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding collections.
o Assist in monthly payroll processing, including collecting timesheets and verifying data for accuracy.
Administrative Support
o Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, document control, and office supplies management.
