1 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. * Good in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Basic SQL

• Impressive ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Friendly and easy to get along with people
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Do stock value control in SQL Accounting Database for LCISB and Evergreen Company
• Do some work on account payable and receivable part related to LCISB Company and Evergreen Company
• Do on stock take monthly (mini stock take) and annually (major stock take)
• Do tracker part for all reporting in LCISB especially part of stock control and Income Statement (Gross Profit) to Manager
• Do payment requisition to supplier
• Create Purchase Order (PO) to supplier based on requested
• Do stock match and control between SQL database and Website (Littlecaliphs2u & Evergreen2u) inventory management
• Website controller (Littlecaliphs2u & Evergreen)
• System Support (Website, SQL & IT troubleshooting)
