• Oversee the operation and maintenance of global finance applications, ensuring smooth functionality and efficient performance. Provide fault diagnosis and troubleshooting support for systems such as ECC, Sabrix, BPC, Ariba, Blackline, and other related finance tools and processes.
• Lead continuous optimization initiatives aimed at improving system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. Drive the implementation of AIOps solutions and provide training to end-users.
• Support the successful delivery of related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP FICO, demonstrating a solid understanding of finance business processes and related downstream and upstream functions.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as BPC, Sabrix, Ariba, Brim, and ABAP is a plus.
