Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and photocopying.
Organize and maintain documents and filing systems.
Conduct basic data entry and update records accurately.
Prepare and maintain reports to ensure they are up to date.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements / Skills:
Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic knowledge of finance is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
