About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance

Assistant

to join our team at Duopharma Biotech Berhad. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, including expenditure tracking, supplier reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. You'll work closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain smooth financial processes that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure three-way matching (Invoice, Delivery Order, and Purchase Order) is accurately completed and resolve any discrepancies. Verify MIGO-GR/IR (Receiving) entries in SAP before invoice updates. Liaise with suppliers on outstanding payments, invoice discrepancies, and delivery documentation. Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to amend incorrect Purchase Orders. Prepare monthly intercompany and supplier reconciliations. Handle intercompany cross-charging expenses and debit notes. Support audit activities and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit readiness. Process online payment transfers and perform E-Doc processes for self-bill supplier invoices. Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Head of Department.

Who We're Looking For

Qualification:

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. SPM holders are also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.

Skills:

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and other MS Office applications. Familiarity with

SAP system

is highly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Meticulous, responsible, and a good team player.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
