Manage, record & issues all clients invoices with standardized format
Ensure accurate billing information using accounting system
Manage submission invoice to clients through various channel
Issue client account statement when necessary
Manage aging, send reminders for payment notice & contact client for payment collection
Handle client management (billing complaint, query & etc)
Requirements
Experience in billing department or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle detailed tasks
Time management
Teamwork and work independently
Good communication skills in Bahasa & English
Willing to work on alternate Saturday schedule
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday : 9am-5pm
Saturday (alternate-twice a month) : 9am-1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
