Assist the Administration Secretary in maintaining the Mission's accounts
Prepare payment vouchers accurately and in a timely manner
Update and maintain the vote control register
Bank in collected revenue and ensure proper records are maintained
Encash cheques as and when necessary
Prepare payments for allowances and salaries for LRS
Submit the Mission's monthly accounts to HQ and ensure all accounting records are fully updated
Record and follow up on amounts received from HQ in relation to the Mission's monthly expenditure
Monitor the Mission's expenditure and prepare virements for relevant votes when required
Prepare monthly statements for the recovery of telephone bills for HBS
Assist the Administration Secretary in preparing budget estimates for the new financial year
Support the closing of accounts at the end of the financial year
2. Other Duties
Verify records of overtime performed by chauffeurs and office attendants and prepare the relevant payment vouchers
Assist the Administrative Secretary in installing newly arrived HBS and preparing deposting requirements
Assist in ordering liquor and maintaining records of the Mission's liquor stock and official gifts
Support the preparation of periodic returns required by HQ, including Monthly Performance Reports, condemnation certificates, and related documentation
Assist in obtaining quotations for the supply of goods and services to the Mission and review supporting documentation
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CG or other HBS

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
