Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record financial transactions accurately in accounting systems. Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation and payment processing. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments. Help prepare budgets and forecasts under the guidance of senior finance staff. Respond to internal and external financial inquiries in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Support the Finance Manager or Accountant with audits and year-end closing. Manage petty cash and monitor office expenses. File and manage financial documents, both physical and electronic.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage). Strong numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
