Ample Couture is a fast-growing women's fashion brand with over 700k followers on Facebook. We run daily live sales, operate our ACS (Anyone Can Share) co-creation platform, and are building one of Malaysia's most exciting fashion ecosystems.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance Assistant

with 1-2 years of relevant working experience to join Ample Couture!

What you'll do:

Data Entry & Bookkeeping

Enter all financial transactions accurately into the accounting system. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Verify data before entry to avoid discrepancies or duplication. Assist in digital filing and document management for finance-related files.

Account Payable (AP)

Receive, review, and verify supplier invoices and supporting documents. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist with the E-Invoicing document

Assist with preparing, issuing, and uploading invoices. Ensure invoices comply with the latest LHDN e-invoicing requirements. Maintain updated records of all e-invoices for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

1 - 2 years of full-time working experience in relevant field Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field Mandarin speaker is preferable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
