Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Finance Executive to support our financial team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Bookkeeping:

Maintain daily accounting entries and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the system.

Expense Audit:

Verify and audit e-commerce related expenses (including platform fees, logistics, and marketing spend) to ensure validity and accuracy.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly financial reports to track company performance and cash flow.

Budget Management:

Assist in the preparation of expense budgets and monitor actual spending against the budget to identify variances and control costs.

Data Integrity:

Ensure all financial data is organized, filed correctly, and easily accessible for management review.

Requirements:

Experience & Education:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. You must have high integrity, strong analytical skills for auditing expenses, and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
