Requirements

Educational Background: A LCCI/CAT/diploma/degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required.

Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply; Those with 1~2 years relevant working experience will be added advantage.

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Excel and financial management software. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial challenges, propose solutions, and make recommendations for improved financial performance. Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical practices and integrity in handling financial information and transactions. Collaboration: Work well within cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues from different departments to achieve financial goals.

Responsibility

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections. Familiar in SQL accounting software is an added advantage. Filling for all accounting documents as assigned. Meet KPI as assigned. To assist in school events if necessary.
