Key Responsibilities

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Support monthly closing activities and preparation of management reports. Monitor petty cash, employee claims, and staff reimbursements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external parties when required. Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Executive/Manager.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (LCCI, CAT, ACCA part qualification) is an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Microsoft D365) Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). High level of integrity and confidentiality. Able to speak in Mandarin will be added value.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
