Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Assistant located in Petaling Jaya (or KLIA). The Finance Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including analyzing financial data, processing and auditing invoices, and providing support in finance and accounting tasks. Effective communication with other teams and departments is crucial. Qualifications Diploma / degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 3 years of working experience Experience in the logistics industry is a plus Analytical skills, with proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation Experience in invoicing, processing and verifying invoices Perform reconciliation of records and ability to identify discrepancies Knowledge in CargoWise (CW1) accounting modules will be added advantage Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
