Job Description

Department: Finance / Accounting

Job Scope:

To assist the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer/vendor ledgers. Input financial data into accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks). Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Assist in maintaining the general ledger and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and documentation as needed by the finance team. Maintain proper filing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records. Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation and reports. Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Accountant.
Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
