The primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive or a staff member.
Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
To ensure data and records are kept and filed up to date.
Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Other additional functions, tasks, and duties which your superior may notify you from time to time, either verbally or in writing.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/Advance in
Accountancy.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience
in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably candidate specialized in Healthcare -Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality
Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Monday- Friday : 9.00AM - 06.00PM
