Assist in daily accounting operations
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record transactions into accounting systems accurately and timely
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Prepare basic financial reports and schedules
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Support external auditors, tax agents, and bankers when required
1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (for junior positions)
Basic accounting knowledge (AP, AR, bookkeeping)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
Good numerical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and organizational skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
