Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyse and manage financial reports related to property and facility management operations, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Monitor and control facility-related expenses, including maintenance, utilities, leasing, and capital expenditures, to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts for property and facility operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate financial terms of facility management contracts, service level agreements, and vendor performance to drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a finance liaison for the property and facility management teams, providing financial insights to support operational decision-making.
  • Identify and implement financial process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, forecasting efficiency, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, industry regulations, and financial governance in all property and facility-related transactions.
  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and asset management teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on property management trends, cost optimization strategies, and financial best practices to enhance business performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering, preferably in the property, facility management, or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, cost control, and reporting within facility management or asset management.
  • Experience in analysing facility expenses, capital expenditures, and vendor financial performance.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting for property management operations.
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and asset management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to support financial governance.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and analytical skills to present financial data and identify risks.
