Requirements

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Needs Analysis: Identify potential clients and conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to understand their goals and risk tolerance.
• Financial Planning & Solutions: Develop customized financial plans and recommend suitable insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions (e.g., life insurance, unit trusts, retirement planning).
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and reviews.
• Continuous Development: Stay updated on market trends and regulations, while actively participating in training to enhance your financial and sales expertise.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to all industry regulations and uphold high ethical standards.
• Performance & Growth: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets, with opportunities to build your own agency.
