Job Description
You\'ll be involved in changing how an organisation operates, often driven by external forces or internal initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability. It involves redefining strategies, processes, technologies, and organisational culture to adapt to evolving market dynamics, seize new opportunities, and address emerging challenges.
- Analyze data to evaluate both new and existing processes, resources, and systems, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed changes, presenting them to senior leadership for review and approval.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement, devising a robust enhancement strategy and integrated initiatives.
- Take the lead on multiple process improvement projects, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including external partners, to design and implement new systems or processes.
- Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish communication plans to keep all relevant individuals, partners, and stakeholders informed about changes in processes or procedures.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferable in FMCG / Retail industry
Strong analytical skill with good business acumen
Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table, statistical analysis with Excel functions, data mining and presentation
Explicit Project/Program Management experience, preferably certified in PMP
Experience in leading and driving major business process improvement and business transformation within the organisation
Experience in defining change management strategy and/or leading and driving a team of change management specialist to execute transition/adoption plan
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa MalaysiaOur client is a well-known player in the retail/FMCG industry and is always seeking for talented individual who are keen for challenges and able to be a change management driver on the process transformations.You\'ll be part of the current business transformation, strategy planning, and looking into business process improvements.
