Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and record invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers
Maintain daily accounting records (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
Perform accurate
data entry of financial information
Use basic SQL queries to extract and key in financial data
Support month-end closing activities
Organize and maintain proper financial documentation
Perform other finance-related administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Prior experience as a Finance Clerk / Accounts Clerk is an advantage
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and data entry
Detail-oriented, honest, and well-organized
