Job Description

This position will oversee management reporting function, ensuring compliance and efficient financial management within the public sector. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and leadership within the accounting & finance domain

Manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations within the organization.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Lead budgeting processes and monitor expenditures to align with financial targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting & finance team.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization's assets.

A successful Country FC should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience within the public sector or similar industries.
