What you will do

Acts as the financial business partner for cost center structured departments/functions. Responsibilities include consolidations, budgeting, general accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting. Provides leadership with accurate and timely financial and related statistical and unit information required to effectively manage the department or function.

How you will do

• Business Partnering \xe2\x80\x93 Partner with reginal/local sales, project delivery and service management to ensure that all relevant information is captured and reflected in plan and forecasts (full ownership of the P&L and balance sheet including cash flow) while challenging and verifying any underlying assumptions to ensure the integrity of the numbers as well as alignment to company/regional goals & objectives
• Financial Planning/Business Strategies - Own the annual budget, forecasts, monthly outlooks and long-range strategic planning processes for the business.
• Analytics to Drive/Influence Decisions - Responsible for establishing/publishing of regular financial reporting which highlights key business trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Process Improvements & Controls \xe2\x80\x93 Ownership and in-depth review of current in country/region finance & compliance processes to identify gaps and provide related recommendations/improvements (entity rationalization is a must).
• Special Projects - Ad-hoc projects based on management needs.

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must. MBA will be a plus
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of proven experience with growing level of responsibilities within an MNC.
• Prior experience on leading/managing team and talent development

Preferred

• Strong business partnering/interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work within a multi-discipline team with shared purposes.
• Possess sophisticated analytical and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs to deliver timely and appropriate solutions to complex business issues
• Ability to develop/review/enhance business model/processes and track progress/realizations accordingly.
• A high degree of proactivity, creativity and latitude is expected.
• Willingness to take on new challenges.
