Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Assist with audit preparations and provide support during audits.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone and in-person meetings.

Collaborate with the procurement and operations team to track inventory costs and ensure accurate records.

Provide financial insights to optimize cost management and improve profitability.

Process orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring seamless delivery of products/services to clients.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Handle supplier and contractor payments, ensuring timely disbursements.

Track receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.

Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.

Other job duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Account, Finance or related field preferred

Previous experience in Account/Finance

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Chinese, English and Malay)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
